Does the lock work without an internet connection?
Yes. Your fingerprint is stored locally which ensures that it will still function even without internet access. Remote access however will only work with a stable WiFi connection.
Is this more secure than my current lock?
We built our smart lock out of a high quality aluminium alloy and is designed to fit with your existing deadbolt which is commonly recognised as the more secure lock mechanism for household doors.
How long do the batteries last?
We know that one of the main drawbacks of electronic locks is replacing the batteries which is why we developed our smart lock to be as efficient as possible. It has been tested to last up to six months in real world conditions and we integrated an early warning feature into the app so you can replace the battery seamlessly.
Can I give temporary access?
Yes. You can give access remotely using the app.
Do I need a locksmith to install it?
