What Happens If There’s a Fault?
If a valid warranty claim is approved, Securely may:
- Repair the product
- Replace the faulty part
- Replace the product
- Provide a refund (where appropriate)
Where a specific component can be replaced, we reserve the right to supply replacement parts rather than a full product replacement.
How to Lodge a Warranty Claim
To submit a claim, please provide:
- Proof of purchase
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
- Installation details (if applicable)
Once received, our team will assess your claim and respond as soon as possible.
Consumer Guarantees (NZ)
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for a major failure.
You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
