At SECURELY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, we’ll take it back as long as the product meets our easy-to-follow return conditions.
If you change your mind, we’ll accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the product/s are:

    Faulty or Damaged Items

    Please inspect your order on delivery.

    If something arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos.

    Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement or refund where applicable.

    Re-shipping and repackaging fees do not apply to faulty items.

    Return Shipping

    Unless the item is faulty, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    We recommend using a tracked courier service, as Securely is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
